Day 2. Yoga. Self compassion. The Jo. Brain health. Reflecting on day 2 my direct experience involved: •Exploring how I draw awareness to the ways I’m blindly moving through life, rather than responding. @grandrapidsnaturopath guided the illumination of shadowy parts within my belief systems through the Jo. • @carolhendershot invited self compassion and the exploration of boundaries. A deeper knowing of the ways my body can assist me in gently welcoming or rejecting experiences surfaced. •We closes the weekend reflecting on the gifts that were given to each of us. There is power in community, that gift I take with me well beyond the culmination of this experience.
